Returns: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you should contact Neau Tropics’ customer service within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Due to the nature of their products, returns for opened or used items are not accepted unless there’s a manufacturer defect.

 

Refunds: Once your return is approved, Neau Tropics will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take an additional 2-3 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
